On March 3rd, Yuqi Group organized volunteers to participate in the volunteer service activity of learning from Lei Feng in the waiting hall, ticket hall, and bus stop, promoting excellent traditions.
In the waiting room, volunteers wearing red vests help passengers carry their luggage, provide convenient services such as boiling water, ticket consultation, waiting guidance, lost and found, and increase the service for key passengers such as the elderly, children, sick, disabled, and pregnant. A mother and baby room (warm mommy cabin) is provided, and the service desk is equipped with caring wheelchairs, medicine boxes, first aid kits, and other supplies, creating a warm and comfortable travel environment for passengers.
Another group of volunteer teams are assisting passengers in boarding at major bus stops in the urban area, providing transfer guidance at bus stops, and offering caring seats for special passengers. From time to time, passengers can also be seen giving up their seats to the elderly on the bus, conveying the enthusiastic service concept of public transportation to every passenger.
