The "100 day Driving Safety Competition" recently launched by long-distance passenger transport companies with the theme of "Everyone talks about safety, everyone will respond in an emergency" has come to a successful conclusion. The competition started from June 1st and ended on September 8th. A total of 44 operating vehicles and 55 drivers from the long-distance passenger transportation company participated in the event, driving a total distance of 898000 vehicle kilometers. The responsibility accident rate, responsibility mortality rate, responsibility injury rate, and economic loss rate were all 0, achieving a good result of no injuries or fatalities during the "100 day driving safety competition".
This competition closely cooperates with the "Safety Production Month" activity. Through the competition, we further investigate the weak links in the company's safety production work, effectively strengthen the management of driving safety, improve the awareness of drivers to abide by laws and regulations, and ensure the safety of road transportation production. During the event, various promotional tools and channels were used for vigorous promotion. Three vehicle inspections were conducted, with 134 vehicles inspected. Detailed and comprehensive inspections were conducted on all aspects of vehicle technology level, driver qualifications, dynamic monitoring, and on-board safety equipment. To prevent drivers from getting heatstroke, a cooling activity was also held, and the overall safety production situation remained stable.
After the event, the long-distance passenger transportation company selected a total of 28 safe winning drivers and 19 safe winning vehicles based on the criteria of "1. No accidents occurred; 2. No violations of rules, discipline, or laws; 3. No news or media exposure incidents; 4. No reports or complaints.". During these competition activities, outstanding drivers and vehicles set an example for the entire company, promote a positive image, encourage more personnel to actively participate in safety production work, consolidate safety foundation, and improve safety performance.
