On October 16th, in order to comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality, service level, and overall image of employees, enhance the hotel's soft power, and provide guests with higher quality services, Yuhuan Sea Garden Hotel launched training on catering service standards and star rated service standards.

This training adopts a combination of "teaching" and "learning" mode, using case analysis, on-site demonstrations and other forms to effectively enhance the comprehensive business capabilities of employees in service theory, service skills, service awareness, guest complaints, crisis event handling, and other aspects. Through on-site simulation service training, employees are encouraged to apply the theoretical knowledge they have learned to practical work, internalizing and externalizing the high standards of star rated services in their hearts and actions. During the training process, employees actively participated, practiced repeatedly, asked questions if they didn't understand, and sought advice from each other, demonstrating a strong learning spirit.
