In order to effectively solve the hygiene supervision problems of people's concerns such as room cleaning in accommodation, Victoria Hotel has recently added a transparent and intelligent cleaning supervision system as a pilot, implementing "visual" supervision of hotel room cleaning and cleaning and disinfection, and enhancing the "window" image of the accommodation service industry.
Under this system, all key hygiene areas in guest rooms, such as basins and toilets, will be equipped with electronic tag devices. Each cloth will have a unique "chip ID card", and cleaning staff will wear a wristband type RFID card reader to work. If the cleaning staff approaches the basin with a cloth for cleaning the toilet, the wristband will sound an alarm and record this erroneous operation. Not using a dedicated cloth for operation may also result in mismatched warnings, preventing the cloth from being wiped to the end.
It is reported that in August 2021, the hotel has launched an intelligent supervision system for the cup cleaning and disinfection room. The camera obtains videos of effective cleaning and disinfection operations by the staff, and the intelligent socket monitors the working status of the cup disinfection cabinet. Through intelligent analysis of the two data, it comprehensively determines whether the cup cleaning and disinfection in the room meet the standards, and then forms a daily cup cleaning and disinfection report to be uploaded to the "Smart Health Supervision Information Platform" to achieve remote supervision.
The installation of a hotel's intelligent transparent cleaning system is not only the supervision and supervision of hotel hygiene by regulatory authorities, but also the need for self-improvement and self-management of the hotel. The hotel will further strengthen employee service awareness, continue to do a good job in hygiene and service, and use the "core" to protect the health and safety of every guest.
