On December 22nd, as the winter solstice approached, the Sea Garden Hotel held a unique dumpling making competition in the Yuhuan Hall on the second floor, allowing employees to feel the warmth of the winter solstice season and the collective.
At 11:30 noon, everyone arrived at the activity site on the second floor early, rubbing their hands and preparing to show off their skills. "3, 2, 1, start!" With the referee's command, each participating team began their competition. I saw everyone rolling up their sleeves and using their skills, busy and enthusiastic. Some of them are experienced in making dumplings, with skillful movements and a seamless completion; Some are beginners, slightly inexperienced but not discouraged; Some contestants are brave enough to innovate and come up with various novel shapes and flavors. Everyone was enthusiastic and full of fun, which caused constant laughter on site. In the final 5 minutes, everyone made dumplings with different styles. To ensure fairness, we specially invited professional chefs to serve as judges. Based on a comprehensive evaluation of quantity and quality, one group of first, two, and three prizes were selected. The hotel also prepared exquisite gifts for everyone, and everyone's faces were filled with happy and excited smiles.
