At the meeting, the Chairman of the Group, Chen Bizhong, emphasized that all departments should strengthen their red line awareness and bottom line thinking, take "hard measures" and put in "real efforts" to ensure that all work tasks are implemented and detailed.
During the meeting, each department reported on their current safety production situation and safety production situation, and explained the problems and hidden dangers discovered during the inspection process and the implementation of rectification. Chairman Chen Bizhong pointed out that all cadres and employees should carefully learn and summarize experience and lessons, strengthen safety publicity and education, draw lessons from other situations, comprehensively strengthen safety production measures during the Spring Festival travel, and spare no effort to do a good job in service guarantee. We must strengthen our sense of responsibility and firmly establish the safety concept of "safety first, prevention first". Establish and improve the duty system during the Spring Festival travel rush, comprehensively strengthen the duty force, and ensure the implementation of 24-hour duty work. Secondly, we must adhere to strict measures and comprehensively investigate, rectify and eliminate safety hazards. Intensify inspection efforts, ensuring that responsible departments conduct daily self inspections, functional departments conduct daily inspections, and responsible leaders conduct irregular spot checks. Establish a daily inspection report and handle violations strictly, quickly, and severely if found. Thirdly, we need to establish and improve safety management systems and strengthen safety publicity and education.
