The Yigong Industrial Service Complex is located in the core area of the Yuhuan Mechanical and Electrical Industry Functional Zone, and is invested and constructed by Zhejiang Yuqi Transportation Group Co., Ltd. The total area of the project is 29133 square meters, with a total planned construction area of 60000 square meters. The first phase investment is 150 million yuan, and 48000 square meters have been completed. The park opened in May 2018. The first phase has been put into use with nearly 20000 square meters, including a reception hall, public service center, automotive parts exhibition and sales center, training center, conference center, office center, maker coffee, fitness and leisure center, and catering center.
More than 170 automobile and motorcycle parts enterprises from southern Zhejiang have settled in the Yigong Automobile and Motorcycle Parts Exhibition Hall, more than 400 Yuhuan automobile parts enterprises have cooperated with, and nearly 5000 enterprises in the national automobile and motorcycle parts industry. Through the integration of R&D, technology, testing, marketing, human resources, enterprise management, cultural and creative resources through the Yigong platform, we aim to promote the establishment of a one-stop industrial service platform for several traditional industries such as Yuhuan automotive and motorcycle parts, plumbing valves, etc. We were awarded the titles of "Provincial Science and Technology Incubator" in 2019 and "Provincial Innovation Space" in 2020.
In October 2019, the Zhejiang Yuhuan Automotive Parts Industry Innovation Service Complex successfully settled in Yichang, adhering to government guidance, enterprise entities, universities, research institutes, industry associations, and professional institutions to participate. It focuses on cultivating new kinetic energy and repairing traditional kinetic energy, gathering various innovative resources, and providing full chain services for the innovation and development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
The Yuhuan Automotive Parts Industry Innovation Service Complex takes the core components and modularization of automotive electrification as its development direction, creating an industrial innovation complex that integrates technical research, inspection and testing, achievement trading, innovation and entrepreneurship, talent services, financial services, intellectual property protection, and other services in the automotive parts industry. It drives the transformation and upgrading of the traditional automotive parts industry and high-end development, achieving collaborative innovation in the automotive parts industry cluster.
At present, there are 73 enterprises and teams providing related supporting services for the Yuhuan Automotive Parts Industry Innovation Service Complex, 181 enterprises have settled in the Automotive Parts Exhibition and Sales Center, and 49 third-party service providers are connected to the Public Service Center, serving more than 600 Yuhuan enterprises in total.
The Yuhuan Automotive Parts Industry Innovation Service Complex has successively cooperated with the Automobile and Motorcycle Parts Research Institute of Taizhou Research Institute of Zhejiang University, Yuhuan Branch of China Academy of Automotive Engineering, and a joint research institute composed of Zhejiang University of Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology, China University of Metrology, Hefei University, and Hefei Institute of Materials Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Collaborating with universities can not only solve the production technology research and development problems of enterprises, but also fully support automotive parts enterprises in technological innovation, and extend the research and development of accessories in fields such as intelligent equipment manufacturing and new energy vehicles.
Through two "five-year plans", Yigongchang's long-term plan aims to build into an industrial service comprehensive park that integrates Zhejiang Yuhuan City's automotive parts (provincial) industry innovation service complex, provincial Yuqi Technology Incubator, provincial Yigongchang maker space, Zhejiang Intellectual Property Agglomeration Zone, Yigongchang Cross Strait Cultural and Creative Industry Park, Yigongchang Human Resources Industrial Park, Yigongchang Business School, and Yigongchang Automotive Parts Industry Intelligent Logistics Center.
